If you have an Estonian e-resident company that you wish to liquidate, Xolo can support you through the process. Our service fee is €499 + VAT. To get started, you will need to provide the following documents and reports:

• Balance sheet as of a specified date.

• Income statement for the relevant period.

• General ledger with details of your transactions.

• List of unpaid sales and purchase invoices (if applicable).

• List of fixed assets and active contracts currently in effect.

• Valid contracts such as employment, loan agreements, etc.

• Tax declarations for the required period.

Please note that to proceed with the liquidation, you must sign up to Xolo with a monthly plan subscription (e.g., €59 – Starter plan), which must be maintained until the liquidation process officially begins. Typically, the process starts within the same month as sign-up.
