Piret Kerem
Piret is the heart and soul of Xolo. She’s led our people, our engineering teams and, for two years as COO, our operations. She knows how Xolo works and who makes it work. Her approach to leadership is simple: give people the freedom to do great work, trust them to own it, and keep the conversation open, honest and kind. As CEO, she brings together the very three qualities that make us who we are: a maverick’s willingness to question familiar ways of working, a big-hearted concern for the people doing the work, and the attention to detail that keeps everything running like clockwork. Piret holds a master’s degree in Communication Management from the University of Tartu. Dogs have her heart. Tea keeps her going. Our Tartu office coffee machine is still trying not to take it personally.
